This
is a pleasant time of the year, the weather is fairly stable and the temperatures
are not too high. Little or no rain may fall, and the nights begin to
cool.
This is an ideal time to visit the garden when both white and orange wild dagga (Leonotis leonurus) burst into flower to herald the beginning of Autumn. Their tubular blooms produce nectar that attracts sunbirds, bees and butterflies.
