Crossyne flava pushing through the ground at Hantam NBG

Crossyne flava 4

The Crossyne flava (geelsambreelblom) with their rounded flower heads covered in small, pale yellow flowers are gratefully pushing through the ground after the rains we received during last month at Hantam National Botanical Garden, Nieuwoudtville. Seeing this display is like watching a miracle taking place in front of your eyes!

Crossyne flava 2We are still hopeful that the Brunsvigias will be in flower by the 3rd of March. Keep watching this space for updates during the next few weeks or contact the office on +27 (0)27 2181200.
