The Conference and Exhibition Centre accommodates up to 380 delegates, with an adjoining foyer and breakaway rooms. It is suitable for events such as conferences, product launches, corporate and private functions.

The dimensions of the hall are: length: 28.7m, width: 13.6m, ceiling height: 4.65m, total floor area: 393m2.

Audio-visual equipment supplied:
Flipcharts, overhead projectors, lapel microphone, lectern microphone, lectern public address system, 5-shuttle CD player, twin cassette deck, amplifier, touch-screen, remote control panel for audiovisual equipment and lighting, chairs.

Other: Stage: 9.2m X 3.4m, soundproof partitioning to divide the room into two or three sections, kitchen facilities for outside caterers, air-conditioning underfloor heating, breakaway rooms, registration desk, free parking.

Small meetings and presentations

The Conference and Exhibition Centre can be divided into three smaller parts. One section is ideal for meetings, workshops and presentations for 30 to 80 people.

Weddings

The Old Mutual Conference Centre is also ideal for private parties and weddings. If your wedding takes place at this venue, the wedding ceremony can be held in the Sculpture Garden at Kirstenbosch. The wedding photos can then also be taken in this area.

Botanical Society Conservatory

The Conservatory houses South African succulent plants that cannot survive in open air at Kirstenbosch. This is a venue with a difference for cocktail parties for up to 120 people.
The Conservatory is available for hire on weekdays from 17h30.
Kitchen facilities: small holding area only - not equipped.

Sanlam Lecture Hall

For horticultural events and art exhibitions.
This venue is available for hire during the summer from 08h00 until 19h00 and during winter from 08h00 until 18h00.
Kitchen facilities: small kitchen available - not equipped.

A marquee lawn of 24m X 44m is available for big functions and cocktail parties.
The following facilities are available in the marquee area:
