Sisulu run

A proper set of trail runs in Jozi that winds though the lush Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens and climbs the relentless ridges of the adjoining Muldersdrift Hobby Park.

The 10km and 15km routes which head into the open rocky grassland and include more technical running sections, together with the 5km loop, are all a great challenge to tackle on a Sunday morning. Fiercely competed or enjoyed at a more leisurely pace, both pass by the cascading waterfall and cliffs home to a breeding pair of majestic Verreaux’s Eagles.
