With six albums, multi-platinum sales and numerous awards, Watershed will be kicking off their twenty-year anniversary in the industry at the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts on Sunday, 8 December 2019!
Now a household name, this South African music success story has had a hit list of singles that way surpasses the years they’ve been rocking. Remember ‘Indigo girl’, ‘Fine Way’ and ‘Letters’ to name just a few? Moving abroad, the band has performed alongside some of the biggest names in world music, such as U2, Peter Gabriel, Bob Geldof, The Corrs and The Cranberries. Craig Hinds, lead singer and songwriter for Watershed, has built a career on lyrics and melodies that have resonated consistently with fans and the band’s following is still growing at a phenomenal rate. Due to massive popular demand, Watershed are super stoked to bring a little nostalgia back to the gardens with some greatest hits and newer tunes off their ‘Harbour’ album.
