The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified service provider (individual or team) on an independent contractor agreement for Component 1 of the GEF6 illegal wildlife trade project to: a) finalize a capacity building needs assessment for the Scientific Authority of South Africa by reading existing reports and undertaking several interviews; b) devise a placement plan for young professionals and assist with the recruitment process; c) draft a long-term capacity building strategy, with a 4-year implementation plan and its monitoring & evaluation.
