Service provider for civil and mechanical works

The appointment of a service provider for the civil and mechanical works for borehole water supply, storage and reticulation with water saving interventions on various infrastructure at the Harold Porter, Karoo Desert, Hantam and Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens.

Tenders can be submitted in the tender box located in the reception area of the Biodiversity Building at the Pretoria National Botanical Garden, 2 Cussonia Avenue, Brummeria, Pretoria, during office hours on or before 1 November 2018, 11:00.

Normal office hours are from 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday.

NB: It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading of 5CE or higher.

Tender documents will be available as from 5 October 2018 and will be available at a non-refundable fee of R350.00, at JG Afrika, 14 Central Square, Pinelands, Cape Town, 7405 and at the site briefing session.

A compulsory briefing session will be held at the time and date indicated below:

Venue: A compulsory briefing session will be held at the CBC Building, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden, Rhodes Drive, Newlands, Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Access to the CBC Building is via Cherry Lane, off Rhodes Drive.
