Service provider for civil works and refurbishments

The appointment of a service provider for the civil works, refurbishments and implementation of sustainable interventions to the existing administration building, ablution facilities and education centre at the Thohoyandou National Botanical Garden, Limpopo.

A compulsory briefing session will be held at the time and date indicated below:

Venue: A compulsory briefing session will be held in the Boardroom at the Thohoyandou Botanical Garden, Thohoyandou, Limpopo, South Africa. Access to the Garden is via Garden Route Road off Casino Boulevard.

Tenders can be submitted in the tender box located in the reception area of the Biodiversity Building at the Pretoria National Botanical Garden,

2 Cussonia Avenue, Brummeria, Pretoria, during office hours on or before 31 August 2018, 11:00.

Normal office hours are from 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday.

NB: It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading of 3GB or higher.

Tender documents will be available as from 3 August 2018 and will be available at a non-refundable fee of R300.00, at JG Afrika House, 37 Sunninghill Office Park, Peltier Drive, Sunninghill 2191, Gauteng, South Africa and at the compulsory site inspection meeting in Thohoyandou, Limpopo.
