The Pretoria National Botanical Garden, one of SANBI’s flagship gardens, has been honoured with five Best of Pretoria Readers’ Choice Awards for 2022. The awards are presented by Rekord newspaper to the best-of-the-best organisations and companies in Pretoria.
The garden walked away with the following accolades:
- Best place for a family outing,
- Best place in Pretoria,
- Pretoria’s best-kept secret,
- Best place to get back to nature
- Best spot to take out-of-towners.
SANBI’s Director: Marketing, Communication and Commercialisation, Ms Nontsikelelo Mpulo, says it is a huge honour for the garden. “We continue to ensure that all our visitors have an excellent experience in our beautiful garden, and we look forward to welcoming even more visitors during the upcoming festive season”, says Ms Mpulo.
