An ideal candidate is required to assist with the provisioning of Human Resource administrative support services for Recruitment, Selection, Appointments, Service Benefits and Performance Management to the PYEI beneficiaries/staff and ensure compliance with relevant Human Resources legislation, policies, procedures, processes, practices, systems, and framework.
This position requires a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification at NQF 4. A National Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage. 2 years’ experience in the Human Resources Management and Sage 300 VIP experience are required.
The following competencies are required for the candidate to be successful in this position:
- Working knowledge and experience in SAGE 300 VIP
- Willingness to work extended hours
- Extensive knowledge and experience about legislation, policies, procedures, processes, practices, framework, and systems pertaining to human resources management
- Outstanding experience and understanding of governance, compliance, risk, and legal matters related to human resources management
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Internet & Outlook).
Key performance responsibilities include:
- Assist to champion human resource administration and coordination;
- Assist to coordinate and administer recruitment, selection and appointment of beneficiaries/staff;
- To assist in the administration and coordination of leave and conditions of service;
- To assist in administration of termination of service on VIP;
- To assist in administration of performance management activities.
