The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) requires the services of an enthusiastic, responsible person to render administration support in order for the Human Resources Division to meet its client needs.

Prospective applicants must be in possession of a Grade 12 qualification with 2 years’ relevant experience in dealing with administration, assisting with recruitment and data capturing. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to maintain sound interpersonal relations, and have an excellent spoken and written command of English. The successful candidate must have excellent administration and organisational skills, numerical skills and computer proficiency in MS Office. The applicant must be in possession of a valid Code B drivers’ license.

The responsibilities include:  

  • Assist with data Capturing and processing of job applications;
  • Assist with administration of conditions of services and benefits;
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for interviews;
  • Provide office support.

SANBI offers an annual all-inclusive salary of R224 801.31.
