SANBI requires the services of a hardworking and self- motivated individual to provide administrative and registry support services to the Human Resources Division.
The ideal candidate must have sound interpersonal relations, good spoken and written command of English and proficiency in MS Office is a specific requirement. The appointment requires the candidate to be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate enhanced by minimum 2 years’ experience in Data Capturing and Human Resources Administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing Human Resources administrative paper work for NSCF project.
- Receiving and sorting of job applications for NSCF, Donor and MTEF funded positions.
- Capturing of applications NSCF, Donor and MTEF funded positions.
- Handling of daily enquiries relating to applications received.
- Assisting with the logistics of interviews for NSCF, Donor, and MTEF funded positions.
- Preparing and posting of regret letters.
- Faxing and scanning of applications for the HOCCs and Line Managers.
- Filing applications, leave forms and appointment letters for the NSCF.
SANBI offers an all-inclusive annual salary of R224 081.31.
